  • Full Time -Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 73/79 hours fortnightly split
  • You will support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
  • Have experience within disability including experience dealing with behaviours of concern
  • Manage a small staff team and related services including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
  • You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change
  • Build warm respectful person-centred relationships
  • Follow behaviour support strategies consistently
  • Support independence while maintaining structure and reassurance
  • Communicate clearly calmly and predictably
  • Assist with daily-living tasks health routines and community participation

As a House Supervisor in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

We act bravely

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
  • Calm predictable and patient
  • Confident working independently and following structured support plans
  • Skilled at de-escalation and emotional regulation support
  • Strong communication documentation and problem-solving
  • Respectful of privacy and autonomy
  • Reliable and consistent in routines
