Job Summary
Douglas Auto is a full-service auto repair shop serving Crystal Lake and the surrounding communities. Were looking for an experienced General Service Technician with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing team. Youll perform essential maintenance services and work alongside highly motivated teammates in a supportive environment.

Pay Structure
- $18 $22 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Bi-weekly pay
What Youll Do
- Perform basic automotive services:
- Mounting & balancing tires
- Tire repairs
- Oil changes
- Vehicle inspections
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Deliver excellent customer experience
- Use digital vehicle inspection tools
- Work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 1 year in professional automotive service
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and tire services
- Valid drivers license & insurable driving record
- Own your tools
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and team spirit
- Comfortable using digital inspection tools
