Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity clinic days each week PA is solo Provider in the office. Non-invasive Spine and Extremity Sports Medicine. NO CALL! Offices located in downtown and on the northern perimeter.
About the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity
- Multi office Orthopedic Group
- Multiple locations throughout Atlanta
- Each office has 3-4 support staff including Medical Assistants
- Procedure Room in each office
- X-Ray in house
- PA or NP will see 12-15 patients each day for evaluation and follow ups
- Patients assessments for Cervical Thoracic and Lumbar Pain and Acute injuries of Knee ankle and shoulder
- Personal Injury and acute injury make majority of patients
- Ambulatory Surgical Center in Sandy Springs
- Private Insurance Medicaid and Medicare patients all accepted
- EMR is eclinical works
- Physical Therapy at 3 office locations
- Office hours are 8:30-4:30 (last patient at 3:45)
- Physician performs epidural steroid and PRP injections nerve blocks ablation and Nerve stimulators under Fluoroscopy
- Physician Assistant procedures include trigger point injections Bursa Injections and Joint injections including knee shoulder and hip
Requirements for the Orthopedic Physician Assistant opportunity
- Masters Degree as Physician Assistant
- National Certification
- Georgia State Medical License
- Over one year of Orthopedic experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner PTA or ATC.
- Strong experience with Musculoskeletal Physical Exam and findings
- Comfort reading Radiographic tests like CT MRI and EMG
- Comfort seeing patients as a solo Provider when Physicians are at other offices or at ASC

- Base salary starts at $125000 (depends on experience and procedure interest)
- Quarterly bonus based on net collections (count on $15000 plus)
