The Job
The receptionist will provide support to the Administrative Team and the Community as a whole by being the liaison between visitors and personnel.
Position and Schedule
- Full Time Receptionist
- Certified Nursing Aide a HUGE PLUS
- 8am to 4pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
- Works closely with the Administrative team and handles additional duties when assigned and as needed.
- Handles coding and submitting bills and invoices to the AR department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in the use of personal computer
- One (1) year experience in an office setting and or switchboard
- CNA certified a huge plus!
- Professional phone etiquetteand attire needed
