What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your territory.
  • Work strategically to expand market share within the ophthalmology sector.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies for growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Develop implement and review annual territory business plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and relevant data in the CRM system.
  • General admin and reporting to support effective territory planning and customer management.

What Youll Bring

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and thrive within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel to rural Victoria and Tasmania as required.
  • Experience in medical or ophthalmic sales is advantageous.
