About the Role
Our client is looking to appoint a Sales Representative to support business growth by promoting and selling training programmes to salons spas and beauty therapists. The role is full-time Cape Town based hybrid and will require regular travel across South Africa. The ideal start date is around February.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Requirements:

Proven sales experience within the beauty cosmetics or aesthetics industry
Demonstrated experience selling to salons spas and/or beauty therapists
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel nationally
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell training programmes to salons spas and beauty professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Attend industry events client meetings and on-site visits as required
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy
