How you will make contributions that matter
Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking an experienced Shift Coordinator to lead operations at our Burnie site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australias leading dairy manufacturers and play a key role in delivering quality products that make a difference.
- Lead and supervise factory operations to achieve safety quality productivity and environmental performance targets.
- Manage a team within the soft-ripened cheese section ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reduce downtime and support autonomous maintenance.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP GMP and environmental standards.
- Use SAP and other systems for accurate reporting and inventory management.
About you
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing (dairy or FMCG preferred).
- Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and influence.
- Safety and quality-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP.
- Ability to work a 4x4 shift pattern (four days/four nights 12-hour shifts).
