Role - Senior Business Analyst
Location - Hartford County Connecticut USA 06067
Work Model - Onsite - Hybrid (2-3 days work from office)

Job Overview:
- Experienced business analyst having track record of successfully delivery of multiple projects including domains BFSI Public Sector Legacy Modernization etc.
- Client-Facing Business Analyst will act as the bridge between clients business stakeholders and technical teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- The role focuses on understanding client needs translating business requirements into functional specifications ensuring solution alignment and driving successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for business requirements across assigned projects.
- Conduct client meetings workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Elicit analyze and document business functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create BRDs FRDs user stories process flows and use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments across multiple projects.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with clients and project managers.
Multi-Project Coordination:
- Handle requirements for multiple parallel projects efficiently.
- Track deliverables dependencies risks and timelines.
- Ensure alignment across projects where integrations or overlaps exist.
- Support project managers in planning and milestone tracking.
Solution Design & Validation:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design feasible solutions.
- Review system architecture and proposed solutions from a business perspective.
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and review sessions (Agile).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and sign-off.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare functional specifications workflow diagrams and dashboards.
- Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM).
- Provide status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure proper version control and documentation standards.
Qualifications :
Must have skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Client Interaction (Expert) Requirements Elicitation Requirements Management Requirements documentation.
