About the role
We have a term contract opportunity up to October 2026 for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join a high-performing People & Culture team where youll play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment support and creating a seamless positive experience for every candidate who joins our organisation.

You will assist in managing various aspects of the recruitment process and gain exposure to a variety of projects such as events training employer-brand & recruitment marketing projects.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Provide endtoend administrative support across the recruitment process with a strong focus on preemployment and onboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including posting ads scheduling interviews preparing interview packs and supporting candidates throughout the process.
  • Manage all compliance documentation and preemployment requirements ensuring accuracy completeness and timely processing.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from job offer to first day.
  • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment system queries and general candidate or hiring manager enquiries.
  • Process recruitment purchase orders invoices and payments.
  • Support contingent workforce recruitment and onboarding through the Comensura platform.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


About You
Youre a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment administration or a related field and are ready for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will also bring:

  • Certificate IV in HR Business or relevant administrative discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience using HRIS/Application Tracking Systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to identify and address challenges efficiently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workload demands
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting phone screens and reference checks.

Whats on offer

Full time Term Contract Opportunity until October 2026.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $82692.71 to $91067.29 plus 12% superannuation.
