This is a secondment / fixed term position for 12 months and can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint.
About the role
As the Service Transition Lead you will ensure that all IT services delivered through programs projects and major enhancements are introduced in a safe reliable and supportable way that minimises business disruption. Youll be responsible for managing the transition of new services into production developing support models and ensuring all governance processes and documentation are completed. This role is pivotal in engaging stakeholders driving operational readiness and ensuring a seamless handover of services.

You are an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service transition ITIL and project lifecycles. Your ability to build effective relationships influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities sets you apart. You thrive in dynamic environments are highly organised and have a passion for ensuring seamless service delivery and continual improvement.
