Today were hiring an Founding Account Executive UK Market for one of our clients: a fast-growing LegalTech startup using AI to reinvent how patents are drafted.
The team is based in Paris and NYC with a remote-friendly work environment and strong international ambitions.

Our client is building an AI-powered platform to transform how patent applications are drafted. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI and foundation models the product is designed to accelerate and streamline key steps in the patent writing process helping IP attorneys and in-house counsels save time and focus on what matters most.
After a remarkable year of growth in 2025 theyve raised 15 million in Series A funding to scale across international markets with the UK as a priority.
The company now counts around 30 team members across Paris (tech product marketing) New York (sales team) and a growing UK presence with ambitions to double headcount in the coming months.

Role & Responsibilities
As the first Account Executive for the UK youll operate as a founding member of the commercial team in the region. Your goal: build the first wave of UK clients and help shape the GTM strategy in a complex consultative sales environment.
Your responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle : from target account list creation to outbound discovery demo POC negotiation and closing
Applying the MEDDIC methodology ensuring strong CRM hygiene maintaining a healthy 3x pipeline coverage and consistently hitting your quota.
Building strong relationships with high-level decision-makers (partners heads of IP legal execs) and gaining a deep understanding of their challenges.
Working cross-functionally with the product and marketing teams to bring back market insights improve positioning and influence the roadmap.
Delivering impactful product demonstrations that clearly communicate the platforms value.
Actively contributing to the sales playbook documenting insights and best practices to support the teams scalability.

About you
A true hunter profile with 2 years of experience as a BDR in the Saas Industry selling to complex educated personas.
2 to 3 years of experience as an AE in a vertical SaaS environment handling complex enterprise deals with ACV between $50k and $250k.
Comfortable navigating multi-threaded sales cycles and skilled at making technical solutions accessible to non-technical audiences.
Passionate about outbound prospecting and able to drive a full sales cycle autonomously.
Genuinely excited by the mission and curious about AI legal innovation and IP.
Strategic thinker who understands business models competitive landscapes and how to execute accordingly.
A team player with a customer-first mindset strong work ethic and high integrity.
Contract & Compensation
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Base salary: Between 75000 and 85000 depending on experience
Variable compensation: Attractive uncapped bonus structure
Equity: BSPCE (stock options) granted upon joining
Total OTE (On-Target Earnings): Approximately 120000 to 160000

Office: Beautiful space in central Paris (if based locally) or by WeWork for London.
