Job Summary

A creative and community-focused secondary school in Bridgnorth is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Drama ECT from January 2026.

The Opportunity

Youll teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 supporting practical performance devising work and confidence-building through drama. The department values creativity and expression while maintaining clear structure and expectations.

Drama is well supported within the school with opportunities to assist with productions showcases and enrichment once you feel confident.

ECT Development

Support includes:

  • Reduced teaching timetable
