A large and well-established special school in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Caretaker to support its extensive site and facilities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment carrying out planned and reactive maintenance overseeing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Experience working in a complex or multi-building site would be advantageous.
This role would suit a caretaker who is calm organised and confident working in a specialist educational setting.
