Job Summary
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive with hands-on experience in hiring for the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sourcing and hiring shopfloor technical and white-collar roles within manufacturing plants or industrial setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles including shopfloor technical engineering and support functions
- Source candidates through job portals referrals vendor management and local hiring channels
- Coordinate with plant HR production heads and department managers to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews and salary negotiations
- Manage bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment when required
- Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and hiring documentation
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing / industrial sector
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles such as operators technicians engineers supervisors and plant staff
- Experience in shopfloor / blue-collar hiring is highly preferred
- Familiarity with labor compliance basics and local hiring practices
- Good communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in job portals like Naukri Indeed LinkedIn etc.
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or related field
