Job Summary
Hospice RN Ratios: Avg. daily census 8-16 Points per day/week: How are points broken down We use a daily point system 5.2 is our productivity. This could be 5 labs/lines 1 start of care oasis 2 labs/lines each different visit is waited for what they are doing. Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience required (1 year Hospice in home health or inpatient setting or 1 year ED ICU or critical care experience) First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs N Locals accepted: (Y/N) No home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius 40-80 miles. Mileage reimbursed Mileage will be reimbursed @ $0.55/mile. Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Y RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: High turnover more like ER/ICU setting where patients walk in and are triaged admitted acute symptom management: pain n/v agitation trach care CPAP feeding tubes suction ports pleurx drains Special Procedures/Unit Details: trach care feeding tubes suction ports colostomy urostomy wound care Special Equipment: CPAP BiPAP Pleurx drains Pain pumps Hospital Highlights Dress Code: Royal Blue or Pewter scrubs Charting: EPIC AO
