Job Summary

Role: Procurement SCM

Location: Jejuri/ Maharashtra

Position Overview:

You will responsible to develop supply chain for new product line maintain healthy relationship with existing suppliers No hindrance in production and account of material.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop supply chain for various types of skids compressor packaging & piping spools.

2. Establish costing and Supplier quality engineering.

3. Procurement of Direct and Indirect material for plant Critical Competencies for the Job

4. Work experience as Individual as Purchase/Procurement/Supply Chain Management department

5. Procurement experience in bought out buying / fabrication process.

6. Sound techno-commercial knowledge preferably in Oil & Gas industry.

7. Knowledge of fabrication FRP components machining Process/ buying experience in fabricated moulded and machined components.

8. Sourcing experience in items like raw materials standard and special bought out items especially plates tubes pipe flanges fittings and gaskets.

9. Experience in import buying. Knowledge of advance license & high sea sale desirable.

10. Knowledge on Forex hedging and contract pricings.

11. Procurement experience in proprietary bought out items will be added advantage.

12. Knowledge of taxes and duties project commercial transactions and contracting.

13. Knowledge of costing fair pricing & techno-commercial negotiation.

14. Demonstrates a focus on both process and results.

15. Possesses ERP domain knowledge particularly in SAP.

16. Strong time-management multitasking and organizing skills.

17. Aptitude for process improvement attention to details getting to root cause of problems.

18. Exposure to EIL approved supplier .

Qualifications and Requirements:

B.E/ B. Tech Mechanical Engineering with experience: of 6-10 yrs. of in procurement for Oil & ; Gas sector especially raw material bought outs & instrumentation.

Competency Requirements:

1. Possesses good subject knowledge.

2. Proactive self-initiator.

3. Agile and adaptable in various situations.

4. Capable of delivering independently.
