Job Summary

1. HNI Client Acquisition & Portfolio Expansion
  • Acquire HNI customers for Royal/Preferred banking through market visits references and existing client mining.

  • Generate new business for Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA) from high-value individuals business owners professionals and corporates.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets with a focus on value balances and profitability.

2. Portfolio Management & Cross-Selling
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value CASA clients and ensure regular engagement.

  • Cross-sell bank products:

    • Wealth products: mutual funds insurance SIPs bonds.

    • Assets: overdraft facilities (OD/CC) business loans personal loans home loans.

    • Liabilities: FDs RDs term deposits.

  • Deepen relationships to increase account balances (A/B movement) and overall wallet share.

3. Customer Service & Relationship Building
  • Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for HNI clients.

  • Provide end-to-end support for banking needs: account opening transactions digital banking investment queries service requests etc.

  • Handle service escalations with quick TAT (Turnaround Time).

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction NPS and retention of high-value clients.
