Job Summary

IT In-Person Support Associate / IT Logistics Support Associate

Role Purpose:

The IT In-Person Support Associate is responsible for providing on-site IT logistics and physical support services across facilities in India. This role focuses on the handling movement deployment and organization of IT hardware and accessories while ensuring compliance with security safety and operational standards defined by client.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of IT hardware and accessories.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to work across multiple floors and buildings.
Ability to follow safety security and compliance guidelines.
Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Refill IT vending machines daily with accessories such as keyboards mouse headsets cables adapters and security keys.
Move IT hardware and accessories within buildings in facilities using service lifts and approved safety procedures.
Pack unpack and track IT assets during floor-to-floor or building-to-building movement.
Assist with deployment and relocation of IT hardware at workstations.
Set up desks by connecting monitors desktops laptops and accessories; install locks and manage cables.
Collect IT assets from office floors and return them to designated IT storerooms.
Organize IT assets and accessories in racks tag racks and maintain storeroom cleanliness.
Support e-waste segregation and internal shifting of IT assets or e-waste.
Unpack incoming IT shipments and support internal transfer of IT assets to VNHO rooms.
Clean IT bins daily across all assigned floors.
Maintain basic documentation for IT asset movement including gate passes and invoice copies.

Experience:

Fresher or prior experience in IT support warehouse operations logistics or facility support preferred.
Experience working in corporate offices IT warehouses or large facilities is an advantage.
