Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a proven track record in Veeva Vault CRM implementations. The PM will play a critical role in managing end-to-end delivery of Veeva Vault CRM projects ensuring timelines quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Veeva Vault CRM projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts developers and QA.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in life sciences/pharma domain.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in Project Management within Life Sciences or Pharma domain.
Strong expertise in Veeva Vault CRM (implementation configuration and integration).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with other Veeva products (e.g. Veeva QualityDocs Veeva PromoMats).
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Life Sciences or related field.
