Role Objective:
Deliver projects within defined cost scope and schedule while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Understand customer requirements initiate APQP form cross-functional teams and manage kickoff meetings.
- Order & Delivery Tracking: Monitor purchase orders delivery schedules and coordinate with sales and commercial teams.
- Engineering Review: Oversee BOM updates inspection plans documentation and APQP development.
- Resource & Material Planning: Identify manpower equipment and training needs; ensure timely procurement and stock accuracy.
- Production Oversight: Coordinate manufacturing plans testing and work orders to meet customer timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor yields resolve complaints and ensure rework and returns are managed effectively.
- Cost Monitoring: Track gross margins manufacturing costs and ensure alignment with quotation targets.
- Customer Follow-up & Reporting: Manage repeat orders feedback invoicing and prepare monthly QCD reports.
