Job Summary

Job Title: AI Team Leader

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an AI Team Leader to join our team for a project in Lisbon. It requires someone who understands the needs of business areas can translate them into AI solutions and guides technical execution with a focus on tangible results.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Understand business area needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
Lead the technical execution of AI projects ensuring tangible outcomes.
Guide a development team including task assignment code review and implementing best practices.
Design develop and integrate generative AI solutions such as chatbots agentic systems and decision-support models using LLMs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
5 years of experience in generative AI including chatbots agentic systems and LLM-based decision-support models.
Strong technical leadership skills and experience managing development teams.
Experience in defining tasks reviewing code and enforcing software development best practices.
Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation.
