Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage drop and boarding procedures
Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or issues from passengers.
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
Coordinate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure timely and efficient departure of flights.
Handle and process baggage cargo and other items in accordance with safety regulations
Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections of the aircraft
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from the aircraft
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as airport regulations Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances Benefits:
