    • Requirements Management

      • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications.

      • Ensure documentation is accurate up to date and accessible to project teams.

    • Project Execution Support

      • Define and assess project feasibility scope and impact.

      • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

      • Provide guidance and support throughout all project phases including quality assurance testing and implementation.

    • Collaboration Communication

      • Work closely with Operations Product and External Clients to align solutions with business objectives.

      • Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and Team Leads providing updates and raising concerns as needed.

      • Facilitate discussions for complex problem resolution and decision-making at critical project points.

    • Process Compliance Improvement

      • Adhere to Symcors Project Management Methodology (PMM) Business Systems Analysis Methodology (BSAM) SDLC and Agile frameworks.

      • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve project execution and delivery.

      • Conduct peer reviews of project artifacts to ensure quality and alignment with best practices.

  • Essential skills:

    • Purpose

      • The Business Systems Analyst 2 is responsible for leading the analysis and definition of business and system requirements for medium to high complexity projects.

      • This role ensures that project deliverables align with stakeholder needs organizational strategies and established methodologies.

    • Accountabilities

  • Qualifications Skills

    • Education

      • University or college degree in a relevant discipline.

    • Experience

      • 5 years in business systems analysis for software development or systems integration projects.

      • Strong knowledge of SDLC Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    • Technical Skills

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business analysis tools.

      • Expertise in requirements elicitation process modeling and impact analysis.

    • Soft Skills

      • Strong problem-solving facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

      • Ability to communicate complex information effectively across teams.

    • This role is critical in ensuring that business needs are accurately captured risks are mitigated and projects are successfully delivered within defined scope and timelines.
