This is a Brand Management position that facilitates and tactically acts upon the project management in the PPC SEO & Copy Design and Catalog Merchandising or Troubleshooting services we offer to clients to ensure work and services are concluded timely. The main goal of this role is to eliminate any roadblock that prevents any specialist or team member in the team from completing the projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Delegate distribute and monitor tasks to ensure proper workload balance and MAG standards are met
- Identify project roadblocks and escalate to the Brand Manager or affected team members
- Regularly review client and guild project boards to confirm tasks are progressing
- Report to the Brand Manager when more tasks are needed and track team productivity
- Apply sheet management skills and tech savviness to improve efficiency
- Produce sales advertising and SEO reports; assist with catalog merchandising/troubleshooting (manual updates uploads flat files)
- Work with company tools to create/revise client copy and support compliance/QA reviews
- Hold team members accountable for task completion and deliverables
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure high-quality client service
- Attend client calls provide meeting notes and respond promptly to urgent messages
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in delegating tasks managing workloads and holding team members accountable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects monitor productivity and identify roadblocks early
- Skilled in coaching guiding and supporting team members to ensure high performance and growth
- Proficiency with project management tools spreadsheets and reporting (sales advertising SEO)
- Knowledge of Amazon catalog management including manual updates uploads and flat files
- Ability to create and revise client-facing content with attention to compliance and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues lead client calls and provide clear meeting documentation
- Tech-savvy and adaptable able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
