We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee internal operational initiatives improve workflows and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This role focuses on coordinating tasks across teams organizing processes and maintaining structured documentation to support business operations.
The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and manage internal projects from initiation through completion
Organize timelines tasks and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Develop document and improve workflows and standard operating procedures
Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements
Track project progress and follow up on action items
Maintain accurate documentation reporting and project records
Support cross-department initiatives as needed including hiring coordination and operational documentation
Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Experience managing operational or cross-functional projects
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience documenting processes or building internal workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate information into structured action plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
Exposure to remote team coordination vendor communication or recruitment support
Experience contributing to operational improvements across multiple departments
Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in administration management marketing or a similar role preferably in a virtual or remote work setting. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and remote productivity tools such as Asana Zoom Slack and cloud storage systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual team. Attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Experience handling confidential information and managing sensitive communications securely in a digital format. Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable with remote collaboration.
