The opportunity

As a Partnership & Events Specialist youll be at the heart of our brands growth and reputation. Youll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders manage multiple priorities and see your work directly contribute to Hostplus success. Some key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver all aspects of the Hostplus partnership portfolio ensuring value and compliance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners stakeholders and associations.
  • Coordinate internal teams to plan and execute innovative partnership initiatives and events.
  • Track and analyse partnership performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee event logistics working closely with venues suppliers and partners.
  • Support the team with administration reporting and governance processes.

About you

  • 5 years experience in partnership management events marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A collaborative can-do attitude with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Outstanding organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative problem-solving.
  • A degree or qualification in Marketing PR Event Management Communications or a related discipline (preferred).
