As a Partnership & Events Specialist youll play a vital role in elevating our brand and member engagement. By driving strategic partnerships and delivering memorable events youll strengthen stakeholder relationships and contribute directly to market presence and reputation.
The opportunity
As a Partnership & Events Specialist youll be at the heart of our brands growth and reputation. Youll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders manage multiple priorities and see your work directly contribute to Hostplus success. Some key responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver all aspects of the Hostplus partnership portfolio ensuring value and compliance.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners stakeholders and associations.
- Coordinate internal teams to plan and execute innovative partnership initiatives and events.
- Track and analyse partnership performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee event logistics working closely with venues suppliers and partners.
- Support the team with administration reporting and governance processes.
About you
- 5 years experience in partnership management events marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outstanding results.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative can-do attitude with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Outstanding organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative problem-solving.
- A degree or qualification in Marketing PR Event Management Communications or a related discipline (preferred).
