Are you ready to turn data into action In this role youll lead a team of analysts and report developers to deliver high-quality insights that shape strategic and operational decisions. Youll oversee analytics dashboards and reporting tools translating complex data into clear actionable insights that drive performance improvement. What youll be doing
Oversee development and delivery of performance reporting dashboards and data products.
Deliver high-quality analytics and insight to support strategic and tactical decisions.
Lead and develop a team responsible for analytics and report development.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
Maintain oversight of data integrity and quality control.
Champion performance insights across Water Recycling and the wider business.
What does it take to be an Operational Insight Manager
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a performance or strategic specialism.
Significant experience in operational or management roles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate across diverse teams.
Comfortable dealing with complexity and creating clarity from ambiguity.
