The Customer Service Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication positive client experiences and efficient resolution of inquiries. This position acts as a trusted point of contact supporting customers while maintaining alignment with internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries requests and concerns

  • Maintain clear professional communication between customers and internal teams

  • Track and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently

  • Resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to customer service operations
