Job Summary
What Youll Do
Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment to scope schedule and budget
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive execution across multiple workstreams
Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines RAID logs and status reporting
Facilitate project meetings executive updates and cross-functional coordination
Manage vendor relationships and third-party deliverables as applicable
Proactively identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC governance and compliance standards
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence
Experience working with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
Exposure to enterprise platforms infrastructure security or business systems
Willingness and ability to work in the Bay Area (hybrid or on-site as required)
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise organizations
PMP CSM or equivalent project management certification
Experience coordinating external vendors and distributed teams
