JUNIOR HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT COORDINATOR (FMD)

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Health Safety and Environment Programs Team of the Ignitis Group where youll be responsible for ensure consistency of OSH across the entire group reduce risks and improve employee safety and environmental performance across the organization including international locations. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing HSE software support by managing user access and basic configurations assisting with data entry and updates in HSE systems coordinating with IT for minor troubleshooting
• Maintaining accurate HSE activity records and archiving documentation supporting regular data quality checks and reporting
• Supporting the monitoring of safety compliance across departments and assisting with internal audits and inspections across all Ignitis Group companies
• Assisting with updating HSE procedures and manuals and participating in safety walks and hazard identification exercises
• Logging incident reports and following up on documentation tracking corrective actions and participating in incident investigations
• Collecting feedback from employees on HSE practices and helping implement best practices under supervision
• Communicating with team members and stakeholders by attending HSE meetings and contributing to discussions

Qualifications :

• University degree
• At least 1 year of professional experience in occupational safety and health project management administrative support or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English
• Understanding of HSE principles and regulations
• Willingness to learn HSE software tools
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)

Would be an advantage: 

• Experience in using various HSE management software 
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification
• Knowledge of Lithuanian OHS and relevant legislation
