Job Summary
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Artificial Intelligence development division of UAB Ignitis grupės paslaugų centras where you will take part in creating digital customer and employee experiences. If that speaks to you wed be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Designing building and deploying GenAI agents to transform digital customer and employee experience across different communication channel
- Developing optimizing and productionizing automation solutions with AI/ML methods to analyze structured and unstructured network data for actionable insights
- Working with large datasets to prototype fine-tune and monitor LLMs and AI models in cloud environments
- Tracking market AI trends proposing high-impact opportunities and lead pilot projects with clear success metrics
- Executing end-to-end digitization from rapid MVPs in small teams to group-wide deployments - delivering measurable value at each roadmap stage
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience in project management and know the key actions that help to deliver successful projects
- Hands-on experience with LLMs/GenAI (e.g. fine-tuning prompting RAG pipelines tool integration) as well as assisting others in utilizing them effectively
- Strong Python skills for model development data pipelines and analysis ML and working with GenAI libraries
- At least one year of experience in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions in business environments
- An understanding of the value created by rapid prototyping MVPs or pilot projects with direct involvement in their implementation
