Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Prototyping: Create wireframes user flows process maps and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Visual Design: Design high-fidelity responsive user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the company design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

Experience: 58 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process problem-solving skills and polished visual design.
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD).
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS capabilities (coding is a plus).
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
