Job Summary
Join Devoteam in launching our brand-new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal supporting major European clients. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst youll translate business needs into powerful ServiceNow solutions nfluencing design functionality and adoption from the start.
What Youll Do
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX.
- Contribute to solution design for ITSM ITOM HRSD CSDM and custom apps.
- Support estimations proposals and documentation for new initiatives.
- Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.
Qualifications :
- 3 years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
