We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Develop and execute successful business acquisition strategies across Corporate MICE and Inbound segments
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative sales solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Forecast sales projections and develop strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 5 years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth across Corporate MICE and Inbound segments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for effective planning and forecasting
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
