Enterprise Apps Tester SDET I Oracle HCM

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Tester to join Enterprise Application team of Entain. Enterprise Application Team manages multiple applications for Entain & Oracle HCM is one of the critical applications for multiple processes.

Responsible for testing the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite to ensure the functionality stability and accuracy of HR processes. 

Responsible for analysing application features designing test scenarios/test cases that cover end to end functional testing executing tests defect logging & tracking to closure and preparing test summary report. 

Should be able to understand the Requirements Specifications provide necessary inputs functionally during software design. 

Interpret & understand business and technical diagrams to drive test strategies. 

Responsible for understanding functional requirements & assist Business Analyst & Scrum in sprint processes. 

Responsible for coordinating UAT sessions with stakeholders & perform necessary demos for important features & functionalities.  

 Provide estimations of all the QA activities 

 Author maintain and execute functional test cases and prepare test plan for complex requirements. 

Exposure to Agile Scrum and other software development lifecycles. 

Qualifications :

 
2-4 years of Hands-on experience in functional automation regression and  integration testing for Oracle HCM. 

Good hands on with creating maintaining manual test plan test cases & test suits.  

Knowledge of any Defect Management Tool like Jira QC 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

 Good communication skills willingness to understand the need of business stakeholders as well as developers across teams. 

Deep Knowledge of quality assurance terminology methods & tools. 

 Knowledge in creating test strategies for complex systems.  

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to troubleshoot and out of box thinking.  

Understanding & Knowledge on SDLC & STLC Process. 

Good To Have: 

Oracle certification and accreditation in HCM 

Professional certification (such as ISTQB) is preferred. 

Good to have experience in API testing & Automation testing. 

Professional qualification (such as in accounting or HR) is beneficial. 

Testing experience of ServiceNow JIRA etc. can be helpful for EUS Apps team
