About the role-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveQA testerto strengthen our delivery operations and ensure the highest quality of our technology solutions. This role goes beyond traditional testing; you will act as a quality advocate process improver and bridge between business and technical teams. You will support engineering productivity by managing testing issue triage and operational workflows helping the team deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities-
- Perform manual QA including black box regression cross-browser and functional testing.
- Conduct UX testing and provide clear actionable feedback to developers.
- Validate new features and updates before deployment to ensure performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain scalable testing protocols test cases and documentation.
- Maintain testing environments and demo systems for internal and client use.
- Investigate and triage technical issues preparing structured bug reports.
- Act as first-line support for internal technical queries and escalate when required.
- Manage issue tracking systems and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Assist with urgent client issues by identifying root causes and coordinating with developers.
- Support IT operations internal tool rollouts and MDM implementations.
- Drive adoption of ISO 27001 compliance practices and security workflows.
- Create internal documentation and support resources for improved self-service.
- Continuously suggest improvements to QA processes and operational workflows.
Technical Enablement
- Prepare structured issue tickets optimized for AI-assisted workflows.
- Support adoption of new tools processes and internal systems.
- Gather technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into clear documentation.
Requirement-
- Proven experience in QA Manual Testing or Technical Support roles.
- Strong understanding of web technologies browsers and UX-related issues.
- Experience with regression testing functional testing and issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira).
- Familiarity with technical documentation and testing frameworks.
- Basic understanding of security or compliance standards such as ISO 27001 is a plus.
- ISTQB certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with Google Workspace and Mac environments is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
