QA Lead

Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning execution and defect tracking ensuring functionality performance and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications databases and operating systems they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction. 

As a QA Lead at Endava you will be accountable for the overall quality of our software applications by defining and executing both manual and automation testing strategies. You will collaborate directly with global stakeholders and play a key role in delivering highquality solutions across assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client communication ensuring clear expectations alignment and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and optimize test strategies coverage and detailed test cases across the product lifecycle.
• Analyze user stories and requirements to ensure clarity completeness and testability.
• Plan coordinate and manage endtoend test execution across all testing levels to ensure quality and alignment.
• Identify document track and drive timely resolution of software defects.
• Maintain and report test evidence test metrics and defect metrics to support datadriven decisionmaking.
• Prepare maintain and share comprehensive test documentation to support transparency and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications :

Technical:

• 5 years of overall testing experience including 2 years specializing in automation testing.
• Proven experience in designing and building automation testing frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on manual and automation expertise across both frontend and backend systems.
• Strong understanding of core software testing principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java JavaScript Python or C#.
• Extensive experience in Web Services / API automation testing.
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks and practices is a plus

• Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Skilled in identifying analyzing and troubleshooting issues with attention to detail and problemsolving mindset.
• Comfortable working in English-speaking environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced dynamic settings while maintaining high-quality work
