Job Summary
To assist in our trade compliance operation and provide consulting support to key regional and global accounts to drive operational efficiency excellence within Tradewin.
- Daily trade operation support including documents review data entry facilitating the execution of administration activities and compilation of reports
- Assigning accurate classification to products
- Monitoring licensing and other regulatory requirements
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in China Southeast Asia and globally
- Trade documentation editing support
- Other customs and international trade consulting projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degrees or above
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- fluency in English is required (Fluent in Cantonese will be a plus)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Advanced Excel PowerPoint / Access skills preferable)
Additional Information :
1. No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent walking sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
2. No more than occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or to somewhat hazardous conditions.
3. Extensive travel may be required.
