准备或者更新平台使用的双语用户手册必要时准备培训视频
维护客户平台的主数据包括业务分配引擎文档及中文翻译文档
收集客户建议及功能需求等反馈意见经过本地评估后提交至集团开发清单
支持客户平台推广活动包含线上线下演示
在公司内部与客户平台本地主要用户分享用户使用技巧及推广最佳实践
Support Training & Implementation of both global and national business process change/innovation related projects.
协助完成集团及全国业务流程变更/创新项目相关的培训及项目实施的支持工作
基于集团及亚太区总部的各合规要求参与相关业务流程优化/创新项目涉及的支持工作
对现有业务操作模式进行调研整理流程文档总结可量化的结果
分析各业务类型的异同以简明的可视化的方式呈现调研过程
与分公司及操作经理持续沟通收集并评估业务过程中的难点及潜在的优化可能性
准备各类监督报表以呈现业务流程变更/创新前后的业务表现结果追踪优化成果
准备业务失误案例研究或者成功案例新闻在组织内部增强持续改进意识
