Job Summary
- Support food & drink running ensuring accurate delivery to the correct guest without auctioning
- Confidently answer guest questions regarding food beverages and restaurant services as needed
- Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to support smooth seating flow and service efficiency
- Maintain a high level of floor awareness assisting with clearing and resetting tables as required
- Adhere to all food safety standards policies and procedures at all times
- Manage cleanliness tasks including emptying garbage changing linen bags and properly disposing of waste and recycling
- Relay guest feedback requests or notable comments to Servers to support a positive and memorable guest experience
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
Qualifications :
- Flexible availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Ability to remain standing and active throughout the duration of the shift in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of safely lifting and carrying items weighing up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy efficiency and service standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm organized and guest-focused in a high-energy service environment
- A positive professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
