Key responsibilities
- Schedule the workforce in line with clients forecast in relevant database by ensuring they have the relevant compliance documents.
- Analyse historical data business trends and operational requirements to develop accurate workforce demand forecasts.
- Assess the current SSL contract and technicians skills and capabilities. Identify gaps between current and future requirements and develop strategies to bridge those gaps.
- On board new technicians and recommend sourcing strategies and retain top sub-contractors.
- Collect and analyse workforce data metrics and trends to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor workforce performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders working closely with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy performance metrics and reporting processes.
- Implement best practices and leverage advanced analytical tools and technologies to enhance forecasting and performance analysis capabilities.
Experience required:
- Experience planning and scheduling activities within a fast-paced workforce experience is essential
- Process improvement implementation experience is required
- Complex forecast and resource modelling and Power BI reporting experience is required
- Stakeholder experience with various regulatory authorities is required
