2027 Graduate Program Technology and Data Advisory

As a Graduate Consultant in Technology and Data at KordaMentha you will work on real data risk regulatory and transaction challenges from day one. You will help organisations make critical decisions using analytics and applied AI in live environments not hypothetical case studies or internal projects.

This is hands on consulting. You will design build and explain data-driven solutions that are used in regulatory responses risk remediation programs and major commercial decisions across the Australian market.

Our practice helps organisations use data and AI to improve performance manage risk and meet regulatory expectations. We work across industries on complex and often high profile engagements including:

• Data strategy and governance
• AI strategy and applied analytics
• Regulatory compliance and reporting
• Risk and remediation analytics
• Technology and data led transformation programs
• Deals and transactions analytics
• Data engineering and cloud platforms

We focus on bridging data and business outcomes helping clients make better decisions in complex and uncertain environments.

What you will do:

As a Graduate Consultant you will:

• Solve complex commercial regulatory and risk problems using data and analytics
• Build and work with modern cloud data platforms production grade analytics and applied AI
• Contribute to client engagements from problem definition through to delivery and recommendation
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop core consulting skills including analysis storytelling workshops and client interaction

You will be supported by experienced consultants and exposed to a wide range of industries and challenges while building deep capability in your chosen area.

Your graduate experience

You will start in a specialist team from day one with the flexibility to pivot as your interests and technology evolve. This is not a rotational program.

You will receive structured support through mentoring a dedicated buddy formal training and study assistance. You will also have opportunities to connect with peers through our graduate and young professionals networks and to contribute to community and industry initiatives.

Qualifications :

You will be a recent graduate or in your final year of study completing a bachelors degree in Information Technology Data Analytics Computer Science or Accounting.

You bring:

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• An understanding of data databases and data structures
• The ability to interpret visualise and communicate data insights
• Curiosity about data and AI and how they are applied in real world contexts
• A genuine interest in consulting and client work

We value analytical thinking curiosity and motivation over specific tools. You do not need to know everything on day one.
