What you will do
Product Strategy & Planning: Support the Product Manager in defining product vision and roadmaps by conducting market analysis competitor benchmarking and business case assessments.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Finance Regulatory Supply Chain) and external partners to translate requirements into execution and ensure timely delivery.
Market Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data sources (such as IQVIA and field visits) to identify trends pain points and new product opportunities.
Launch & Enablement: drive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans by creating sales enablement materials conducting training and coordinating post-launch reviews.
Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (adoption revenue retention) and utilize data analytics to report on success metrics and recommend continuous product improvements to leadership.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Science Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree or Product Management certification is a plus.
Professional Experience: 13 years of experience in product management business analysis or project coordination. Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
Marketing & Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and the ability to effectively manage the 5 Ps of Marketing (Product Place Price People Promotion).
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to use data and logic to drive decision-making and connect business strategy to tactical execution.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Mindset & Adaptability: A customer-centric professional who thrives in fast-paced environments capable of managing multiple priorities while focusing on solving user problems.
