Do you want to be part of a dynamic team at a prestigious organisation helping us to create commercial impact University of Birmingham Enterprise Ltdis seeking a proactive Facilities and Operations Manager to lead site operations compliance and customer service for our dynamic community of research companies at Birmingham Research Park.

To be considered for this full-time site-based role you will need to show us that you can work flexibly within a diverse operational team to deliver a high-quality service to customers. Ideally you will have previous experience of supporting staff wellbeing and personal development.
We will also expect evidence of a range of facilities and maintenance experience knowledge of the relevant legislative requirements and their application with the ability to communicate clearly on technical issues with audiences of other specialists or non-specialists.
It is also important that you are a strong team player with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
UoB Enterprise is based in a highly stimulating working entrepreneurial environment located on the vibrant Birmingham Research Park in Edgbaston Birmingham. The employment package includes a salary in the range of 36500-42250pa depending on experience plus a bonus of up to 15% pa (half based on company performance and half based on individual performance).
