Active CPC CCS CIC
5 years in Coding Auditing Training at E/M OP and Inpatient with subspeciality coding to Inpatient

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding across different areas.
Manage bottom quartile performance by identifying training needs and providing targeted education
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Inpatient Outpatient Transplant Surgery Oncology Interventional Radiology Emergency and OB-GYN
