About the Role

The role is an integral part of the team responsible for guiding equipment procurement and actively contributing to the build configuration deployment and maintenance of PCs laptops thin clients mobile devices telephony systems and data networks.

The primary objective is to ensure that new IT hardware software and network installations as well as projects and service requests are delivered efficiently and in alignment with internal customer requirements.

Additionally the role involves providing onsite support by troubleshooting device software and network issues within an enterprise environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven hands-on experience in managing small to medium IT projects including software and hardware upgrades as well as office IT equipment relocations.
  • Skilled in configuring deploying and troubleshooting client devices such as desktops laptops tablets and mobile devices according to customer specifications.
  • Proactive in identifying areas requiring maintenance and support ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably and processes are fit for purpose.
  • Experienced in administering Microsoft SCCM and Intune leveraging these tools to manage hardware and software assets effectively.
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and maintain up-to-date workloads while keeping customers informed on the status of requests and incidents.
