BMW Product Genius Sales Assistant

New Country Motor Cars Group is looking to add a BMW Product Genius to our growing team with an expanded role that also supports our Sales Department as a Sales Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technology customer interaction and hands-on involvement with inventory and dealership operations with clear opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

Product Genius Responsibilities
Ensuring pre-delivery inspections have been properly completed and vehicles are ready for delivery
Setting clear expectations for delivery timing
Mastering BMW product and technology knowledge prior to delivery
Personalizing the delivery experience to each customers needs
Overseeing the customers first in-depth interaction with their new BMW
Utilizing BMW resources and applications to support product education
Providing a smooth transition for follow-up questions or future product support
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Sales Assistant Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales Department with daily operations
Managing and maintaining vehicle inventory on the lot
Portering vehicles as needed between departments and locations
Photographing pre-owned vehicles for online merchandising
Assisting with vehicle preparation for display and delivery
Helping ensure the sales floor and inventory are presented professionally at all times

Qualifications
Strong positive work ethic with interest in a long-term position
Professional appearance and strong professional integrity
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Customer service and technology experience a plus
Interest in learning the sales process and advancing within the dealership

This role offers strong exposure to both customer-facing and operational aspects of the dealership with the potential to advance into sales management or other leadership roles within the New Country organization.
