We are looking for an Presales Engineer (IoT) to act as a trusted technology advisor to our customers. You will help translate business challenges into scalable IoT solutions while driving successful adoption of Cartracks products.
Key Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert on Cartracks IoT solutions and their application across various industries.
Translate customer business needs into clear technical requirement documents.
Develop and present ROI assessments product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
Plan and deliver solution implementations including tailored demo and POC scripts.
Ensure successful customer onboarding integrations and long-term solution adoption.
Build strong client relationships and support business growth through expansions and up-sell opportunities.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer insights and support solution innovation.
Build strong industry knowledge in IoT-based operational management and system integrations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a STEM field from a Tier 1 university.
Minimum 3 years experience in pre-sales solution consulting or software implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technology.
Good understanding of software architecture APIs and modern technologies (IoT AI Cloud).
Customer-focused well-organized and detail-oriented.
