As Product Owner you oversee end-to-end product development to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations. You are accountable for maximizing return on investment (ROI) and delivering measurable business value by continuously monitoring analyzing and optimizing product performance.

Your key responsibilities include defining the product vision prioritizing and managing the product backlog and shaping feature sets based on client requirements and strategic objectives.

For this exciting role at our UK office in London City we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join us as soon as possible who is eager to collaborate with our team in Canada to create cutting-edge solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality fully functional products features and enhancements to market
  • Define prioritize and maintain a product backlog aligned with customer needs stakeholder expectations and product vision
  • Provide business and domain leadership as Scrum Product Owner ensuring alignment between strategy and execution
  • Lead requirements engineering activities including gathering prioritizing elaborating planning and validating requirements
  • Create and refine epics features user stories and defect descriptions to support effective delivery
  • Act as the voice of the customer and primary source of requirements for the Scrum team providing clarity on product goals and priorities
  • Manage and engage stakeholders (customers partners resellers and internal teams) incorporating feedback into product evolution
  • Communicate progress expectations and outcomes to stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Collaborate with the Scrum team and Product Manager on release sprint and resource planning to maximize delivered value and quality

  • Proven experience in a similar Product Owner or product leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders from C-level executives to technical users and agents
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate solution design within teams
  • Creative problem-solving and team-oriented approach
  • Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledge
  • Strong awareness of market trends and customer needs
  • Analytical proactive and forward-thinking mindset
  • High curiosity and creativity combined with structured analytical thinking
  • Strong product and technology expertise
  • Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customers
  • Ability to plan delegate and oversee work across development teams
  • Ensure execution in line with defined processes and best practices
  • Incorporate cross-functional needs and ideas into product development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Scrum@ Scale
