We at Linguidoor help businesses go global with our localization and translation services. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who wants to learn the entire marketing stackfrom creating content to generating actual business leads.
This role is for a proactive doer. You wont just be posting content; you will be hunting for trends on Reddit building Lead Magnets that solve problems and showcasing our success stories to the world. If you want to learn how a B2B business finds and converts customers this is the role for you.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design and write posts for LinkedIn Instagram and other socials. Manage the content calendar and schedule posts.
- Case Studies: Interview our team to turn successful client projects into compelling B2B Case Studies.
- Newsletter: Draft and send our regular newsletter ensuring it offers value and isnt just a sales pitch.
- Trend Spotting: Daily monitoring of Reddit Quora and Industry Facebook/WhatsApp groups. Identifying conversations where people are asking about translation/localization and jumping in with helpful non-salesy value (community building).
- Lead Magnets: Conceptualize and design downloadable resources (e.g. The Ultimate Guide to Website Localization checklists or PDF guides) to capture email addresses.
Requirements
- The Swiss Army Knife: You are versatile. You can write a professional email design a quick graphic in Canva and engage in a Reddit threadall in the same morning.
- Digitally Native: You know how to search Reddit effectively. You understand that spamming links in groups gets you banned but adding value gets you clicks.
- Organized: You will be juggling multiple channels (Social Email Groups). You need to be able to manage your own checklist daily.
- Curious about B2B: You are interested in how businesses sell to other businesses (High-ticket services like translation).
- Tools: Familiar with Canva (for lead magnets/social) Google Workspace and basic social media scheduling tools.
